Have Your Say: Byron Shire Pools Opening Hours and Usage Survey  

Help shape future pool opening hours and access across Byron Shire.

We’re committed to understanding the needs of our community members, residents and visitors, and we’d like to hear how you use our pool facilities and your preferences for pool opening hours.

As we continue to look for ways to improve the pool experience for everyone, we want to hear directly from those who currently use our pools, as well as those who would like to use them more often.

We’re launching a survey to better understand community preferences for the future operation of Byron Shire Pools, particularly preferred opening hours. We know people use our pools at different times and for different purposes, and we’d like to understand whether current operating hours meet community needs or if changes should be considered.

Please complete this short survey before Friday 30 October 2026 to share your views. Your feedback will help guide future decisions and ensure the pools continue to meet the needs of our community.

Findings will be shared with Byron Shire Council and any adopted changes to operating hours will be communicated through the relevant pool and Council websites.
